Update!

She weighs 34 lbs and is 40" tall

Her favorite color (for now) is blue

Toys she is into:
- dressing up, taking care of her babies (feeding/brushing hair/putting to bed)
- books
- art anything! painting, cutting with scissors, drawing, moulding clay, chalk
- Tinker toys
- lacing beads
- humming songs
- putting on make up
- moving chairs over so she can climb up on things to get stuff she wants

Things she is learning:
- to ride her bike and roller skate
- Writing her letters
- Spelling her name
- Getting her shirt on and off

Current issues:
- Thinks monsters, friendly ones, live under her bed at night; so she keeps coming into our room at night to sleep with us because she is scared
- wants to block everyone, so speads her arms so you can't walk by
- always wants to be the leader and gets mad when she is not the leader

Disneyland 2008

In the spring we made a super last minute decision to go to Dland because Peter was chaging jobs. The highlight of the trip was breakfast with the Princesses and the parades. Here are some of my favorite shots.

Where have we been

Wow - it is almost impossible to beleive I have not blogged since March!

I have so much to catch you all up on! Since tax season began we visited Disneyland, New York and CT.

We are in full swing of summer, so here is just a taste of what is to come . . .

Samantha Annabella's first snocone! She even shared it with her friend Brody & Jack! I am guessing that is the last time that she will be sharing one since immediatley afterwards she walked over to her cousin Dylan's chair to share his bubblegum snocone!

Update!

Sammie is 2.5 months old; 32 pounds and 28" tall

still naps, typically from 1.30 - 3pmOk I think 3 months of slacking is long enough! Even if it is tax season!

New Tricks:
Loves to gallop
Sing songs - Frère Jacques, yes in french!; 3 blind mice; Biala song in spanish (thanks to music class!)
Bee Game - she loves to play the bee game
Is into checking out bugs - we bought ladybugs and set them free in our yard and she loved it
Knows all letters and sounds
Loves going barefoot; doesn't like shoes and socks on even in the car! Little hillbilly!

Winter Break Party

This is Sammie's preschool class at the Community Center.

We had a decorate your own cookie and eat it party. Sammie liked the candies the most!

It is an all sugar lunch! Candy cane (which she ended up not liking) cupccake, cookies, blueberries and a cracker!
