Winter Break Party

This is Sammie's preschool class at the Community Center.

Yes, that is an indoor sandbox!
We had a decorate your own cookie and eat it party. Sammie liked the candies the most!
It is an all sugar lunch! Candy cane (which she ended up not liking) cupccake, cookies, blueberries and a cracker!

Christmas in the Park

Another cold night in a lovely winterland - San Jose's Christmas in the Park

Sammie had fun checking out all of the displays, but the one with the bubble machine was by far her most favorite!

Daddy's best zoolander impression :)

Holiday of lights

So this was our first year taking Sammie to Gilroy Gardens Holiday Lights. Sammie liked Snoopy, but really loved the Garlic guy here in the background . . . go figure!

Little Miss Boo Boo can finally ride rides on her own :) It was a warm 43 degree - whoa - that is cold to us California girls!

Grandpa, Nona, Auntie Suzanne, Uncle Jimmy and the twins were here too, but i failed to get any other pictures :( We had dinner at the park. They did a really good buffet thing.

All in all it was cold, but fun. What can i say . . tis the holiday season!

Grammy's BD

Today Sammie and I headed out to CDM to use their art studio to make Grammy a birthday card. The weather is getting colder (54-ish) so more people are playing inside these days.

PIK-YOR-SEF

It took us almost all year to get there, but we finally made it to Gizdich Ranch. We were out of season so we didn't get to pick anything, but Sammie had fun running through the orchards, playing on the tractor and playing with the toys they have for the kids.

Next May we'll have to go and get some strawberries!

PIK-YOR-SEF Schedule

JUNE

Lunchables

I'd like to kiss whoever made up lunchables. Probably some mom somewhere. One of Sammie's favorite snacks for the park!

Tiki & Sammie Day

For Tiki & Sammie Day we had cousin Tyler join us in some of Sammies favorite things!

Miss Sammie's favorite breakfast thing is to go to the bagel store for a blueberry bagel. I have been know to use the bagel store as means of negotiation from time to time ;)
The off to Happy Hollow Park. Sammie is new to riding in cars by herself, but when she saw
Tiki going, she wanted to be a big girl and go too!
Stopping for a little lunch. Tiki though the Dora table cover was pretty cool. Tiki liked having the same things as Sammie :) Just like two peas in a pod :) it was great fun having the two of them

Clifford's World!

I recently read that the Children's Discovery Museum is the best place to take your toddler because it works all the different areas of their brains. I have been trying to be better about getting Sammie there - since we have a membership anyway!

Here is Miss Sammie working the make believe boat

I am not sure why, but Sammie loves to play with these flowers on this fake house. Every time we are they she spends a decent amount of time taking the flowers out and putting them back in

Pumpkin Patch #1

Sammie and I joined her Las Madres friends at thepumpkin patch. It was great because this place was so close to home. It has a little train, a few rabbits that you could pet and lots of hay to crawl in, under and through!

Sammie had lots of fun with her friends!
